蓝莓芝士蛋糕 Blueberry Cheesecake



上周三是家里男人的生日,因为是工作日,加上最近晚上要帮恩复习功课,所以那天就先做金瓜蒸糕给他吃先,咔咔!

想做鲜奶油蛋糕,但是除了我,父女俩都不怎么爱吃。那么巧爱人eileen上了一粒蓝莓芝士蛋糕,看看刚好食谱可以做半份的,所以周六早上就做了大家都爱吃的芝士蛋糕。

 蛋糕到了周日下午三点多从教会回来后才吃,扁扁的蛋糕,一人一片,没两下就干去一半,剩的就收在冰箱慢慢吃,呵呵!

这款芝士蛋糕的芝士味比轻乳酪蛋糕来得浓郁,蛋糕体是软软的,入口即化,甜度刚刚好,再配上微甜的蓝莓果酱,真得好好吃!

(我做了原食谱的半份,用6吋脱底圆模)

材料:
100g oreo饼干 (压碎)
50g 无盐奶油
250g 奶油乳酪
50g 幼糖
2 粒蛋
200g 动物性鲜奶油
1 罐 蓝莓优格
2tsp 柠檬汁

上层馅料
100g 蓝莓果酱

做法:
1) 在烤盘周边刷上奶油,底部垫蛋糕纸备用.
2) 无盐奶油软化后,加入饼干碎拌匀, 铺在烤盘底部压紧, 放进冰箱.
3) 奶油乳酪在室温软化后, 加入幼糖, 用搅拌机打至松发。
4) 把蛋逐粒加入,并打发至光滑状。
5) 加入柠檬汁,优格及鲜奶油,搅拌成光滑的乳酪糊.
6) 将乳酪糊倒入饼干底上, 预热烤炉,以水浴法,用160度烤约70分钟.
7) 熄火后,让蛋糕继续留在烤炉里30分钟才取出。
8) 取出冷却, 铺上蓝莓酱,再放入冰箱3小时至定型才脱模。

  3. 这样看来,我的真的‘长高’很多,但不过那0.1的分别,会有这样大的效果吗?
    当初我也很担心自己的会变成扁扁,尤其ah loy也用6寸模来烤(全食谱)
    哈哈哈!可能我用大蛋,乱猜的啦,最重要还是好吃。

    你是不是用这粒爱心蛋糕来收买你的男人,让他可以恩准你跟我们去kai kai? 哈哈!

    1. Your chiffon cupcakes came out so successful, so you should be no problem in making the chiffon cake, coz they are using the same method.
      Oven temperature olso very important.

    Did you get my last phone message yesterday? I took the photos this morning but it will take a while to post it because I still have some "old stocks" to clear first, haha! Like you said, the chiffon is moist & soft, very similar to the coffee cheese chiffon. You should try the coffee cheese chiffon. I used coffee essence, only contains 6% of caffeine. I baked it in a loaf pan, it was hanging upside down highly & proudly till I accidently moved my draw & then "dome," the cake dropped & it just broke my heart. You see the photos later & tell me whether it looks right or wrong haha! Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper. Going to try again in the future!
