桂花红豆沙汤圆


那天买了红豆馅,用了些来做面包,也想用来做一直想做的汤圆;刚好昨天五一是公假,中午逛街回来后,趁有时间就搓些汤圆来吃。

加了桂花,龙眼干和苟子的糖水真的很清香可口,我用20克的皮包进10克的红豆馅,搓出来的汤圆是特大号,QQ的汤圆很有嚼勁,所以吃下几粒就很有饱足感了,嘻嘻!


桂花糖水 - 做法来自joceline
桂花- 1小匙 
苟子- 15克
桂圆干 - 30克
冰糖 - 适量 (依个人口味而定)
清水 - 750ml

汤圆材料:
80g 南瓜泥
80g 糯米粉
 
水 适量
现成红豆馅 

1) 将糯米粉过筛备用
2) 把南瓜去皮切片,大火蒸软,取出,乘热压成泥
3) 把糯米粉加入南瓜泥中再加入适量的水(水慢慢加)揉至光滑粉团
4) 把粉团搓成一粒粒小圆球(我搓成每粒20克),然后包上馅料(10克),封口搓圆
5) 取一小锅,放入适量水,煮滚。再准备一小锅冰水备用
6) 把汤圆放进煮滚的水中,中火煮至粉团浮上水面即是熟透,捞起
再把汤圆放进冰水中泡一泡
7) 将汤圆从冰水中捞起,放进汤水里即可享用

      粉类,奶油芝士类我多数在超市买,超市买不到的我才去烘焙店买。
      我住在bayan lepas区,靠近sg.ara和sunshine巴刹里面有烘焙店,可是选择也不多.

    1. 这次用的桂花是eileen和joceline从桂林带回来的手信,小小朵的桂花是鲜黄色的,味道很香,和我之前在中药材店买的有很大的分别,药材店买的桂花颜色比较暗淡又大朵,不知道是不是桂花也有很多种类。

    I meant to come to tell you that I've posted the pumpkin chiffon cake but you acted faster than I thought, hahaha! See what I meant for the height of the cake, soooooooo short compares to yours!

    By the way, I like this way of eating tang yuan. I've placed a special order from Joceline, so she has to make me this when I go back next time, haha! When winter comes(in June), I'll try this recipe! Hey, your tang yuan looks really big! I think I'll make smaller so I can eat more. I normally make in a bulk & freeze them. So whenever I feel like eating, I can take some out! My son has learned to eat tang yuan too!

    Yes, I only eat the tang yuan with filing inside, the plain one I never eat.
    You know I am so lazy, so I made the tang yuan in big size.
    Oh, can make them in bulk and freeze them, good idea, thanks!
