蔓越莓燕麦曲奇 Crunchy Oatmeal Cookies + 夜游极乐寺


好健康脆口的燕麦片曲奇,很香很好吃,谢谢Jessie的分享!
这曲奇有加了肉桂粉,恩恩她不要吃,下次做我会用巧克力粉来代替肉桂粉。

Ingredients:
113g Unsalted Butter, room temperature
80g Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1tsp Vanilla Extract
133g Wholemeal Wheat Flour (or Self-Raising Wholemeal Flour), sifted
1/2tsp Baking Soda (Skip if using Self-Raising Flour), sifted
1/2tsp Baking Powder (Skip if using Self-Raising Flour), sifted
Pinch of Salt (没放,因为用了有盐奶油)
1/2tsp Ground Cinnamon
130g “Old-Fashioned Oats”(I used 150g)
35g Dried Cranberries 葡萄干,放70g蔓越莓)
35g Sultanas

Method:
1. Line baking tray(s) with some non-stick baking papers.
2. Cream the butter & sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla extract & beat in the egg until a smooth mixture is formed.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt & ground cinnamon together. Beat into (2) in 2 rounds until well-combined. Sitr in the oats, cranberries & sultanas.
4. Spoon up some cookie batter & drop onto the lined baking tray. Shape it roughly.Repeat until all the batter is used.
Tip:
Leave a gap in between the cookie
5. Bake in a 160C pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes or until brown.

 上个周三下班后,我们去了极乐寺,每年的农历新年,极乐寺会在晚上开放给公众去参观。
距离上次夜游极乐寺,应该是婚前和朋友去的,现在再次重游,竟然是十多年后了,呵呵!
好多高挂的灯笼和到处摆放了很多盛开的花卉,真的很漂亮!

极乐寺夜间将会开放到3月9日,详情按这里

  8. 哇,我还以为真的去了中国,那个极乐寺真的装潢得太好看了。。。几年前去槟城是因为是中午,只是在寺下久热到快点下来去对面的kopi 店吃午餐了。。呵呵。。当今看了你的照片,懊悔当初没上去看看。

    很有营养的早餐饼干,好吃。

    肉桂粉如果放在饼干或面包上我尚可接受,但如果放在蛋糕上,我会受不了那味道。不懂为什么?真奇怪,哈哈!
