玉米糕 Sweet Corn Pudding



这个玉米糕,软度和甜度刚刚好,冷藏后真的很好吃!

食谱取自 : 靓师奶

材料:
罐头碎玉米粒  400g
糖  150g (不嗜甜可以再减)
蛋黄粉  100g
玉米粉 20g
椰浆  400g (我用淡奶)
水  600g
香兰叶  5片

做法:
1.  将蛋黄粉,玉米粉和糖放进锅子,加入椰浆拌均匀成面糊。
2.  加入水,罐头玉米粒,香兰叶。
3.  开中火,一边煮一边撹拌,以免底部焦掉。
4.  煮至滚改小火继续煮8-10分钟左右,至面糊浓稠。
5.  离火,马上倒入模子内,放凉后凝固,冷藏后食更佳。
